Headmasters Office

[Draco Malfoy]

Where Snape's offices are located. Second floor is the entrance, spiral staricase takes you up highter though. For less confusion the thread has been placed where the entrance is, for RP purpose the actual office is about as high up as the towers.

Severus Snape stands next to the window observing the grounds in silent contemplation.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco knocked lightly on the door to the Headmasters office, having received the password for the stairs before the term started.

"Enter," Severus says turning in a billow of robes and stalking to his desk.

[Draco Malfoy]

At the granting of entrance Draco pushed the door open walking in and closing it securely behind him "Headmaster..."

[Saka (M.H.)]

"Draco," Severus greets simply,"What do I owe the pleasure of your company?"

[Draco Malfoy]

The blond shrugged his gaze flicking over the older man, the man who did his dirty work for him. "I..." he shrugged again. "I just wanted to come by, say hello... see how things are... you know, going..."

(when you get a chance you may want to pop over to the teachers lounge the twins are a bit out of control, lol)

Severus raises a brow at this behavior as he studies Draco. "I am doing well. And what of you?"

[Draco Malfoy]

"So far..." he shrugged. "I can't say I'm great but I can't say it's horrible, well yet. Classes don't start until tomorrow... I have a feeling the Carrows are not going to make it a pleasant experience."

[Saka (M.H.)]

"Perhaps not for you and your friends," Severus agrees. "For themselves though it will be very pleasant. You and I both know how they are. They will prove to be an asset to our side which is why they were placed here. Just watch yourself, Draco."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco nodded "Yeah, that's what Aunt Bellatrix said. I guess she has some type of long standing issue with the woman of the two? Either way..." he looked over at the window, then back at the Headmaster.

He had never thanked him for what he did that night in the tower. Maybe because at first he'd been too shocked, then too disturbed...but as time passed he'd realized that what Snape had done was chosen Draco's life over Dumbledore. The Dark Lord would have killed him had Professor Snape not killed the older man for him.

"Anyway... uh... did you... how are you adjusting? To the new position?" he finally got out, sounding less sure than he usually did, but also feeling that way. He was wrong footed, he didn't know where to start- where to end or who to trust.

[Saka (M.H.)]

"I have a powerful position now,"Severus states with a calm he did not fully feel. "I have garnered the trust of the most powerful wizard of all time. It is a position to be envied and not taken lightly. I am doing well."

Severus studies Draco intently for a few minutes letting the young wizard a moment to reflect. "We must stay strong and united against those that stand against us. You have potential, Draco, do not waist it. Make us proud to have known you."

Draco frowned at the words used in past tense but did not press it "Yes, Headmaster." He inclined his head. "Then that is all... thank you for allowing me to speak with you..."

He'd wanted to say more, longed to say more. However he recognized Professor Snapes words for what they were. A warning not to waver- even in front of him. So he would heed that warning.

"Have a delightful day, Draco," Severus says with a nod of his head. "I am here whenever you need me. All you need do is ask. Keep your head up and head the dangers around you." Severus knew there was more to this visit then what was said. He wanted to elevate the boys fear of the unknown, he wished there was more he could do for him, but it was a fine line he was walking right now.

Draco inclined his head in understanding before turning and walking from the office.

[Amycus Carrow]

*reboot*

Amycus rapped lazilly on the door, not waiting to be told to enter before he shoved it open and waltzed in. Offering the other man a sharp smirk he moved to sprawl out in the chair on the opposite side of Severus's desk.

"Headmaster," he crooned, head propped up by an elbow balancing on the chair arm.

"Amycus," Severus returns raising a brow at the other wizard's laid back attitude. "Refrain from slouching in my presents,"

[Amycus Carrow]

The dark haired wizard wrinkled up his nose at the dour man, making no attempt to sit up straight.

"Don't be such as stick Sevvie," he coutnered, tone amused. "A little slouching never hurt anyone... if you'd like, I could remove that rod from up your arse and let you try it."

[Saka (M.H.)]

"I think not,," Severus says with a sneer. "What brings you to my domain?"

[Amycus Carrow]

Amycus's smirk widened wickedly.

"Well well... I didn't realise you felt like that. But never let it be said I judged a man for enjoying a rod where the sun don't shine," he joked back crudely, quite unphased by the dark haired male's clear hostility.

"I'm just here to get to know our illustrious Headmaster," he answered with an idly shrug, eyes runnign over the other male. "You don't seem to like mingling with we lesser mortals, so I thought I'd bring the mountain to Muhammed. You interest me. The man that killed Dumbledore - it's quite a claim to fame."

Severus felt the icey feel of guilt in the pit of his stomach at the mention of Dumbeldore. "Perhaps I have better things to do then mingle with the masses." Severus snarks at the dark haired wizard. "Or watch you salivate over your sister's snark. Or Bellatrix's accomplishments.

"However what about me intregs you so?

[Amycus Carrow]

Amycus flashed him a positively suggestive grin.

"Would you rather see me salivate over your's, Headmaster?" he purred back, expression highly amused. Tilting his head he ran his eyes over the pale man a moment before at last lifting his shoulder in a shrug.

"Honestly, I always figured you for a turncoat. Someone that played both sides and would just back whichever came out on top... but you proved me wrong. That interests me... makes me wonder what really is going on behind those shielded eyes of yours."

"I am sure it does," Severus replies, "Why else would you be here right now,.". Clearly the mans brain had been adealed from his stint in Azkaban but who's wouldn't have been.

[Amycus Carrow]

(Amycus and Alecto were never in Azkaban)

The Death Eater's eyebrows arched up at the Headmaster's response.

"If it was obvious, why ask?" he coutnered smoothly.

[Saka (M.H.)]

(Sorry at least he only thought it,)

"To hear you admit it," Severus remarks. "So you lack trust in me. How surprising. Not every mind can be as simple as yours." The nor vicious is left unsaid as that would implicate his true alliance as it was he may not get any free time for correspondence with the order members.

[Amycus Carrow]

"I believe I said 'I didn't' past tense," Amycus offered easilly, though his dark eyes glittered at Severus's tone. "You should watch those insults, Headmaster... I'm playing nice here, you should try to do the same. After all - I'm not exactly known for my self restraint, and Ally isn't here to scold me for forgetting myself. We're all on the same side after all... aren't we?"

"Indeed we are," Severus says with a nod. "So just because I killed the manipulator your judgment of me has changed, How interesting,"

[Amycus Carrow]

"Changed," he agreed, eyes flicking over the other man for a few long beats before he relaxed again in his chair. "But to what I'm still deciding. You're not one for the revels or the muggle baiting are you?"

[Saka (M.H.)]

"Depends on method," Severus remarks. "My talents lie elsewhere,. I am not as-creative shall we say- as you are."

[Amycus Carrow]

"Probably not," he agreed with a small smirk, hitching up a lean shoulder. "But then again few are... But your *other tallents* I daresay you could do quite the damage with them. Lots of nasty potions out there. Some positively deliciously painful to use on someone. Personally I prefer the hands on approach, but I can appreciate all methods... you must get thrills out of seeing your creations at work, no?"
